White Hot & Citrus

I am loving citrus brights teamed with all things white and all of these would look a so good on a lovely tanned bod (if only). I am in love with these ASOS white sandals and they may just have to be my very next purchase!  White I always think looks so chic and brights are so summery, this post is making me crave sunshine! I love it and want it all!

I've been loving... co-ords!!!

Printed Co-ords
So I know these three outfits are definitely wishful thinking from me, but I can dream right? I just love two pieces at the moment!! I have chosen three printed ones because I think they are really cool for spring/summer plus, prints are always on trend!!

The first two-piece is my favourite, surprisingly its from Primark, which, being the one of the biggest fans of Primark (along with my sister) makes me love it even more!! I've seen  this palm print on loads of pieces recently and I think its a cool twist on the floral trend, and great for holidays! I've decided to keep this outfit simple and dress it up, this would be great for a night out! I've paired it with a chunky gold chain necklace, a simple coral clutch and a pair of chunky black sandals, which, surprise surprise... are also on my wishlist!

I love the tailored cuts of all three co-ords, I think the simple shapes even out the wild prints. The second outfit I have styled in a more casual way, I have chosen to pair it with some white frilly socks (socks are apparently big this season!) and some red jellies. I love jellies and I think they are a really easy way of making an outfit cute and casual, and the red matches perfectly with the print.

Finally I have chosen this geometric print, which I think is really cool and could be worn day or night! I have styled this, with chic white accessories to keep the outfit really simple. I have chosen some 90s flatforms from New Look, a lovely Olivia Burton watch and this amazing leather rucksack from Grafea which, by the way, is so out of my price range, but lets pretend not!

I hope you liked the outfits! Its safe to say I definitely want them all now!!!!!

It's a Spring Thing

Okay I got seriously overexcited in the brief sunny patch of weather we had...Anyway, as always everything I've bought is vaguely impractical for British weather, but I'm a vaguely impractical person with little to no self-control so here it goes…
I thought I’d do a little post on some of the lovely things I’ve picked up recently.
The first thing I want to show you is this bikini, which I am completely loving and cannot wait to wear! It’s from Primark and was a steal at 11 pounds in total, I have a big thing about high rise bikini bottoms at the moment, I think they are so flattering and look really cool, sort of fifties inspired. But I think the pinstripe white and neon coral really gives it a modern look. This would look amazing with a great tan, sipping a cocktail on a yacht in the south of France… or you know, the more likely option of, lying on a beach, sarnie in hand,  in sunny Spain!
Next, are these jeans, once again they are both from Primark (I am obsessed with hunting around Primark).  These two pairs are so pretty, and I think look much more expensive than they cost! As you probably know gingham is everywhere right now and these pastel blue pair are great for spring, and they look great teamed with other pastels. The floral  pair really remind me of the china print trend that was in last year, but I love them all the same, I think they'll  look really cool with a slouchy grey vest and some Birks. (Gingham £13, Floral, £13)
I bought this second bikini, I really love that it's mainly this lemony colour, I thought the tropical floral print was really cute as are the little frills on the bottoms, also the shaping of the top is great for making the most of your booblets! (Peacocks, £11)
Keeping it pastel, I picked up this colour block clutch from Primark I love the mix of the mint and baby pink, it would look great against an all white outfit. I also bought two more cami's; the peach is from Matalan, and the lemon is from Primark, the quality and fit I'd say is on a par with the Topshop cami's and so much cheaper! I think Cami's are simple but always look really classy and they can be paired with just about anything! (Clutch, £4, Lemon Cami, £4, Peach Cami, £6)
I won this lilac polka dot midi dress on eBay for about 25 pounds, it's so lady-like and lovely, kind of reminds me of the polka dot dress Julia Roberts wears to the polo in Pretty Woman, this would be great as a wedding guest dress or could be worn in a more casual way. The nude and white strappy block heels I got from Matalan for 15 pounds and the gold and black beaded necklace was 3 pounds from Primark.
Last but not least,  is this pretty little skort, only six pounds from Primark, the fit is great and the print is cute, and so wearable I absolutely love it!

Leopard&Lilac

 River Island Loafers
  Michael Kors Parker Watch

Just like everybody else this spring I am seriously loving pastels. The pastel trend is one I literally cannot get enough of, I spend too much time procrastinating over pastel shoes, pastel bags and pastel separates, then realising they probably aren't the most practical piece for my wardrobe. Although not practical, it doesn't stop me buying them.

When I saw this lilac dress I could not resist it, not at £16 anyway!

I am so glad I bought this and I think it looks great paired with a leather jacket and tights, skater dress shapes are so easy to wear too! I can't wait till its warmer weather though so I can wear it with bare legs and chunky cleated sandals. This would probably look even cooler with a pastel pink leather jacket... not that I need a pastel pink leather jacket, saying that, I think my sister might have just bought one! Perfect!

Intro.

Hello.
We are a couple of blogging newbies, two sisters from the South-West of England who thought we'd finally try our hand at blogging. Having watched YouTube videos and read blogs for years, we have now decided we want to jump on the bandwagon. The one on the right, in the loud eighties leggings is me, Korin, and I am now 23 years of age. On the left - rocking the classic nineties 'do, the fountain (which has had a bit of a come back recently!), is me, Georgie, I am 21.
As you can see we have been true fashion icons since we were small.

As girls that grew up in the nineties we are loving that jellies, co-ords, dungarees and everything we wore from the ages of 1 - 10  are "totally trendy" right now!
If only it all still fitted us!
